💫Helicopters have strict weight restriction at high altitudes. Passengers weighing above 75 kgs will be charged Rs 2500 per kg over and above 75 kgs. If 3 or more passengers in a group have average weight of 75 Kgs then extra charges will not be applicable.

 Passengers are advised to mention correct weight in booking form. If weight is found incorrect at the time of travel pilot has the right to deny boarding to the passenger.
 Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
 Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
 If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.

💫Helicopters’ have limited weight carrying capacity, to manage the weight for safe flying in the hills, we might have to shuffle passengers between helicopters Therefore, as per Pilot’s recommendation passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.

 The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath is reasonably good and at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3 star. For Pilgrims travelling to Kedarnath we recommend night stay at Sersi near helipad at “Tailwind Resort”. Beautifully designed Rooms and Cottages with Great Food and all modern amenities.
 The Helicopter Schedule mentioned in the Itinerary is generally Fixed. However, we change the timings due to Operational and technical reasons. Generally, the Changes in timings will be communicated 24hrs in Advance.
 Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included in all hotels. At Dehradun hotel only Dinner and Breakfast is included in the package. Any extras will have to be paid directly by guest.
 Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
 All the disputes are subject to Ghaziabad Jurisdiction only.
 Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
 Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
 There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
 In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then AVIATION will refund as per refund policy for each dham which is not visited.

💫 Accommodation & Transfers: Final list of properties will be shared 20 days prior to the travel date.
 Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 25% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 8 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 8 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
💫 Passenger Grouping: A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour. Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.
💫 Payment Terms: Bookings to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount, and the balance payment has to be deposited 25 days prior to the date of arrival in Dehradun.
 Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground. So it is highly suggested that the clients get their Medical fitness certificate from doctor before starting the journey and carry their prescribed and emergency Medicines.
💫 Flying Schedule: NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans.
💫 Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue, the trip may be cancelled.
💫 Extra Night Halt: Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger’s expense on direct payment.
💫 Staying at Kedarnath: Top requires signing a declaration. Accommodation cost is INR 15,000-18,000 per room, depending on availability.
